Citi Hilton Honors Reserve Card

Generally I am not a fan of the Hilton Honors program. But then there is the Citi Hilton Reserve Card.

For a $95 annual fee and after meeting your $2500 spending threshold, you receive certificates for two nights at most Hilton worldwide properties, good for one year from issue. In this case, qualifying the statement with “most” does not mean all of their high end properties. In fact, the excluded properties list is fairly limited. Most of the excluded properties are either all-inclusives or timeshares. Under the right circumstances, this offer can help achieve the most aspirational trip one can imagine. This includes Tahiti, Maldives and Bali to name a few of the most exotic locations.

Many properties at Hilton’s highest redemption level of 80K points/night are available for redemption using the certificates.

I am planning on applying for this card later this year as part of my strategy to achieve another dream trip. I will be very happy to spend a couple of nights in any of the above mentioned properties.
